		<description>I would use a waterbased poly in a spray can...lightly mist it so it doesn&#039;t disturb the color copies.  Build it up slowly.</description>

		<description>first rub down with a rough grit paper then seal with upva glue when dry paint another coat of upva place decoupe over this allow to dry then varnish with several coats hope this helps</description>
